Patient Wait List-Refugee Clinic

You may add your name to a wait list for DENTAL PROCEDURE OR CLEANING, BUT NOT BOTH. If appointments become available, you will be called and given a time to come to the clinic. DO NOT COME TO THE CLINIC UNLESS YOU ARE CALLED. 

Being on a wait list does not guarantee that you will be seen during the clinic. 

Please allow a minimum of 2 hours per appointment. Appointments will be held for 1 hour only. 

Requirements: Service by appointment only. All patients must be at least 18 years of age. Please do not bring children to the clinic. They are not allowed in the clinic or X-ray areas. Proof of service is required. 

Services available: Exam and x-ray, extractions, fillings, and cleaning

Services not available: Dental implants or cosmetic dentistry, removables repair, flippers, partials, crowns (maybe), or bridges.
