You may set up an appointment for DENTAL PROCEDURE OR CLEANING, BUT NOT BOTH.

Chiropractic Services Available: Adjustments and diagnostic care. Conditions treated at this clinic: common pain (back pain, neck pain, and headaches). 

The chiropractic services are being provided by Dr. Tony Vizzini and Dr. Will Dunson Jr. of Apex Chiropractic and Health Center in Lexington. For veterans dealing with complex injuries—such as sciatica, herniated discs, or sports-related injuries—or chronic conditions like arthritis or fibromyalgia, continued care may also be available. Apex Chiropractic and Health Center participates in the Veterans Care Network, which may allow eligible veterans to receive ongoing treatment at their office at no cost. 

If signup for the wait list, you will be called and given a time to come to the clinic. DO NOT COME TO THE CLINIC UNLESS YOU ARE CALLED. Being on a wait list does not guarantee that you will be seen during the clinic. 

Please allow a minimum of 2 hours per appointment. Appointments will be held for 1 hour only. 

Requirements: Service by appointment only. All patients must be at least 18 years of age. Please do not bring children to the clinic. They are not allowed in the clinic or X-ray areas. 

Dental services available: Exam and x-ray, extractions, fillings, and cleaning, removables repair, flippers, partials, crowns, or bridges. Services not available: cosmetic dentistry.
