We are partnering with King First Christian Church to offer a free dental clinic for Military Veterans and Active-Duty Military Personnel in King, NC, plus one guest of their choice.
Please allow a minimum of 2 hours per appointment. Appointments will be held for 1 hour only.
Requirements: Service by appointment only. All patients must be at least 18 years of age. Please don't bring your children to the clinic because they are not allowed in the clinic or X-ray area. Proof of service is required.
Services available: Exam and x-ray, extractions, fillings, and cleaning. New (small) partials. Repairs and adjustments to existing appliances. They only repair for cast metal; partials will be adding a tooth or clasp.
Services not available: Dental implants or cosmetic dentistry
